NeighborWorks® Lincoln
NeighborWorks® Lincoln is a non-profit, community-based housing organization dedicated to community revitalization through an active partnership of resident leaders, private businesses and public officials.
The organization was known as Neighborhoods, Inc., until June 2004, when the name was changed to NeighborWorks® Lincoln. For a more detailed history of our organization click here.
NeighborWorks® Lincoln is moving!
We are moving to a temporary location on July 15th, 2009. Our new address will be 2240 Q Street, Lincoln, NE 68503. The phone number 402-477-7181 and fax number 402-477-706 will stay the same. Come visit us at our new location.

Antelope Village
This new development will have 18 townhomes, 8 condos, and new NeighborWorks Lincoln office space. We will have a LEED Gold Certified main building, LEED Neighborhood Standard designation and Energy Star minimum townhomes. There will be Geothermal on all units and Wind Energy on condos.
